e-Delivery

In order to quickly transfer the information about goods to be sent by the supplier, ebiz Latin América offers the Electronic Guides Unit (Entry), which previously informs the customer about the date and goods to be delivered (quantity, weight and/or volume) as well as additional details such as transport, driver, etc. This information is previously validated against the information sent in the electronic purchase order or in the framework contract (CAP).

Thus, through the Electronic Guides Unit (Publication), the customer will be able to confirm the goods received, the quantity of goods that was directly entered and the quantity of goods that is under quality review or has been rejected in order to speed up the invoicing process of the supplier.

In order to keep the supplie and customer informed, the Goods Follow-up Unit sends notices or alert notifications of pending items to be delivered in an automated and parametrizable way, specifying delivery date and delay time or time left for delivery.
